Due to differences in local climate, codes, ordinances and deed covenants,
it is important to have a licensed contractor, architect and/or engineer
review the plan you have chosen prior to starting home construction.
Changes may be required to meet local codes or to accommodate site conditions.
It is customary for local contractors to provide plumbing and HVAC plans.
Study Set:
• Scaled floor plans complete
• Four scaled elevations complete
Plans by G.M. Frech and Associates, meet the requirements of the BOCA
building codes as well as the National Uniform Building Code. Construction
in your locality may be subject to other additional requirements, such
as the elevation above existing grade, special footing and foundations
due to your particular soil conditions, seismic and wind load criteria.
Because many of these requirements are “locality specific”,
and subject to change, G.M. Frech and Associates cannot warrant the
fitness of these plans on your particular lot, expressed or implied.
