“Cottage” homes include the entire range of architecture
styles. A small scale house, whatever its form, has become a nostalgic image of
storybook daydreams. It is associated with a return to a simpler life. A beach
cottage, a bungalow by the sea, or contemporary mountain cabin each offer an
escape for a household to abide in a harmony with nature and each other.
Fortunate are those who find the opportunity to build such a peaceful retreat in

architect to have the occasion to create such a home for a family that asks
simply for a place to dwell in reverence with nature and special respect for the
